Vanity

Description

A hotel contacted us to manufacture a custom vanity for them because they could not find any they liked. These vanities combined metal and wood. We made a total of 108 vanities for the company, 99 regular and 9 ADA compliant.

Merchandise Cabinet

Description

These merchandise cabinets were developed for a restaurant who needed cabinets that included both display and storage spaces. The cabinets were placed in the waiting areas where customers could look at tee shirts, mugs and other items to purchase.

Round Booth

Description

A restaurant wanted to showcase a unique piece in their dining area, using a large round booth as the focal point. The project also included half-moon tables  half moon tables to go around the booth.

Corner Booth with all Sides Finished

Description

A restaurant needed a corner booth that would be finished on all sides, since it would be placed in a corner with floor-to-ceiling windows. They wanted to use several finishes and materials on the booth, making the project more complex. Our employees problem-solved to include the specified paint, stain and laminate choices with strategic assembly after all the individual pieces were completed (as opposed to the usual process of assembly prior to staining/finishing). In the end the customer was happy with the product, which is the most important part!

Table

Description

A retail store with several locations wanted an elegant table to display folded up clothes, ties, shoes, and purses.

Built In Window Bench

Description

A contractor asked us to help with a built-in window bench with storage beneath the seat. The project included several apartment complexes, and each unit would have a bench. Since the pieces had uniform dimensions, he was interested in finding a manufacturer who could make the pieces quickly and inexpensively, reducing the contractors’ time spent making and installing them. We manufactured 200 completed pieces, including a hidden seat-hinge, which were delivered as a finished unit. The contractor was able to have the team slide the unit into the designated space and secure to the wall, saving thousands of dollars.

Booth

Description

A restaurant chain wanted us to redesign the benches in their waiting areas for customers to sit while waiting to be seated or for picking up carry-out orders. They wanted a seat that was comfortable and included standard unit sizes to be configured as needed, since each location had different building dimensions. The resulting solution included a standard corner piece and sides of differing lengths that could be added to achieve the desired total length.

Dorm Furniture

Description

This series of furniture was developed when a dealer working with a university dorm remodel contacted us about completing 85 units in a very short period of time. We were up for the challenge and were able to build the university durable pieces that will last for years while accommodating the short lead time. 

Sales Counter / Shared Desk

Description

A car dealership decided to complete a remodeling project to assist their sales team to have a better flow. They already had furniture in their showroom and offices, so they were looking for furniture pieces to  that could be added seamlessly. They approached us after they contacted the manufacturer of their previously purchased furniture and did not find they type of counter they wanted. We designed the piece to their specifications, matching the other pieces in the dealership. During the process the customer decided to add corkboard and back lighting to the counter, which we were able to do. The final product met the customer’s needs while maintaining cost effectiveness, coming in $1,500 under the original quote they had received. 

Bed Frame

Description

A mattress company came to us to design a bed frame that could be assembled without using tools.  We created a Twin, Twin Long, Full, Queen, King, and California King for them.  We also helped design packaging so the beds could be shipped via FedEx and UPS.

This product is also in on our OEM page, because we started mass producing this item too.

Serving Counter

Description

This restaurant chain asked us to make custom serving counters to resemble old wooden barrels.

Host/Hostess Stand or Podium

Description

We create custom Host/Hostess Stands and/or Speaking Podiums for a variety of restaurant and hotel chains. Each customer has individual needs for these items. We are able to custom-make the stands, specifically suited for each customer’s size, layout and aesthetic preferences.
